    Retention of Data

    ProRigs, LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

    ProRigs, LLC will also retain Usage Data and Technical Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data and Technical Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

    Transfer of Data

    Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

    If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.

    How do we protect your information?

    ProRigs, LLC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

    • We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
    • After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. 
     

    ProRigs Account Data Termination

    Should you ever decide to cancel your subscription, you may do so from your Account page, and by emailing support@ProRigs.com. Records related to canceled subscriptions and terminated accounts will be preserved on our servers for two years, then removed and destroyed.

    If you cancel your subscription, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account. However, given the nature of sharing on the Services, any public activity on your Account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public.

    We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your membership. All provisions of the ProRigs Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, licenses of User Content, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

    Disclosure of Data

    Internal and External Third Parties

    We may have to share your Personal Data with Internal Third Parties and External Third Parties (as defined below) for the purposes set out in the table above. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

    Internal Third Parties

    Other companies in our corporate group acting as joint controllers or processors and who provide IT and system administration services and undertake leadership reporting.

    External Third Parties

    • Service providers acting as processors who provide IT and system administration services.
      Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
    • Tax regulators and other authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
    • In addition to the parties noted above, we will share Shared Files with others you have chosen to share Shared Files with through the Service.
     
     

    Business Transaction

    If ProRigs, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred to a third party. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your Personal Data in the same way as set out in this Privacy Policy.

    Disclosure for Law Enforcement

    Under certain circumstances, ProRigs, LLC may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

    ProRigs, LLC uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

    Payments

    We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

    We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
